What I Do// I develop and train young leaders across Ireland, and help them to develop models of innovative mission that will serve, equip, and grow the church in Ireland.

Why I Do It// Seeing leaders freed to be who God is creating them to be, and bringing the hope and transformation of God's kingdom to everything they touch is what makes me get out of bed in the morning.
