Tempo is focussed on investing in leaders at the front end of their development - releasing leadership potential and helping them establish practices for ongoing growth and impact.

Tempo is also about leading mission - forming leaders who will lead the challenge of communicating Christ in a changing culture, especially among the emerging generation.

Tempo runs over 2 years and combines the learning and mission opportunities of everyday life (whatever your ‘work’ place) with your particular sphere of ministry. These are augmented with a series of 2-day training intensives that will be led by experienced leader-practitioners as well as ongoing interaction via the web. You’ll do all of this in team with other young leaders from your country - maximising the growth potential that only comes in community.
