To help equip young leaders for lives of missional leadership, we provide different leadership development opportunities:

• Coaching – personalized sessions with an Innovista coach to help you become better at what you do as a leader and increase your ability to lead yourself.

• Tempo – two years of personalised leadership training including one-to-one mentoring with experienced leader-practitioners

• Leading for Life – an annual conference gathering young leaders from across Europe for three days of inspiration, practical teaching, coaching and networking
